NCRMD

I am taking a course on mental disorder and law, and this is a typical lecture quote…

"We cannot held someone criminally responsible on account of mental disorder (NCRMD) because they are suffering from a disease of the mind.  Psychopathy is a mental disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistica Manual, but most of the prison population process psychopathic traits such as anti-social and low level of arousal.  Should they be held not criminally responsible and be treated in a mental hospital instead?"

Seriously, do you think I will become mentally disordered before I finished this class? @_@
It’s for me to know and for you to find out…
